Project includes new lights, replacement of plumbing fixtures, removal and installation of new water filter systems, new electrical work, and terminating the gas. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for a complete statement of the specifications and requirements. Project to be awarded as a single contract for “Project as a Whole”. Performance bond required. This opportunity is open to pre-qualified contractors currently holding a University “On-Call” General Construction contract. * * * * ***
