Kansas State University seeks a qualified vendor  to operate the Salina campus dining hall, providing daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the academic year. The selected Contractor will deliver a diverse and nutritious menu—including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive options—while ensuring exceptional service to students, faculty, staff, and guests.
