* * * * * The University is accepting quotations for the remodel of an existing wet lab in Throckmorton Hall. Project includes partial demolition, rearrangement of existing cabinetry, installation of new countertops and sink, and new lighting, paint, and flooring as described in the Project Manual. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for a complete statement of the specifications and requirements. Project to be awarded as a single contract for “Project as a Whole”. Performance and public works bonds required. Project to be ready to a point of final completion, including punch list items by January 31, 2026. *KSU26106 is the re-solicitation of canceled RFQ KSU25-153. The Project Manual remains unchanged. Please note the updated Project Drawings. This opportunity is open to pre-qualified contractors currently holding a University “On-Call” General Construction contract. * * * * * |
