Description:	*** * * * * The University is accepting quotations for the remodel of three classrooms in Seaton Hall. Project includes demolition, fan coil unit replacement, controls, and ceiling, lighting, paint, and flooring as described in the Project Manual. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for a complete statement of the specifications and requirements. Project to be awarded as a single contract for “Project as a Whole”. Performance and Public bonds required. Project to be ready to a point of final completion, including punch list items by December 30, 2024. This opportunity is open to pre-qualified contractors currently holding a University “On-Call” General Construction contract. * * * * ***
