The University seeks quotes for replacing a driveway and related improvements. Project includes demolition of existing driveway and curbs, construction of a storm drainage system, installation of electrical system, and repair garage foundation, and pour new driveway and concrete curbs. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for a complete statement of the specifications and requirements. 

Project to be awarded as a single contract for “Project as a Whole”.  Performance and Public bonds required.  Anticipated start date: week of May 20, 2024. Project to be ready to a point of final completion, including punch list items by August 15, 2024.

This opportunity is open to pre-qualified contractors currently holding a University “On-Call” General Contractor contract.
