* * * * * Kansas State University is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Compensation Study and Career Architecture Development Consulting Services, including conducting a comprehensive compensation study for faculty, staff, and graduate students, development of a university compensation philosophy, review of current compensation structures and identification of gaps, development of a comprehensive career architecture, with an impact analysis of changes and recommendations for implementation, alignment of policy to establish consistent pay practices, and delivery of structure maintenance tools that are market responsive and flexible. Proposers may submit a proposal addressing any or all areas of the requested deliverables and one or multiple contracts may be awarded.
