* * * * * The University seeks quotes for the remodel of Mosier Hall Room A117. The project will configure an existing office space to have three new consultation rooms and be ADA accessible. The work includes adding partition walls, and renovating and upgrading finishes, lighting, and HVAC air outlets. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for a complete statement of the specifications and requirements. Project to be awarded as a single contract for “Project as a Whole”. Performance and Public bonds required. Project to be ready to a point of final completion, including punch list items by November 1, 2024. This opportunity is open to pre-qualified contractors currently holding a University “On-Call” General Construction contract. * * * * * |
