The University seeks quotes for HVAC and electrical upgrades to an exercise room. Project includes adding ventilation, upgrading lighting and electrical systems, and some demolition. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for a complete statement of the specifications and requirements. 

Project to be awarded as a single contract for “Project as a Whole”.  Performance and Public bonds required.  

This opportunity is open to pre-qualified contractors currently holding a University “On-Call” General Contractor, “On-Call” General Mechanical, “On-Call” HVAC & Plumbing, and/or “On-Call” General Electrical contract.
