Kansas State University seeks a skilled operator to harvest and chop approximately 192 acres of corn silage. The harvest projected to yield 3,500 to 4,000 tons. The awarded contractor will ensure proper compaction and moisture content, followed by bagging and transport of the silage to the designated site. Anticipated harvest date is approximately August 1, 2024.
