The project includes constructing a new wall system to establish a dedicated records area within the main lobby, as well as reconfiguring existing office and conference spaces with new partitions, finishes, and mechanical upgrades. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for a complete statement of the specifications and requirements. Project to be awarded as a single contract for “Project as a Whole”. Performance and public works bonds required. This opportunity is open to contractors currently holding a Kansas State University “On-Call General Construction" contract. * * * * ***
